Alemar's Apricity soft cheese won first place at the 2023 American Cheese Society. A soft-ripened, geo-rind gem. A unique miniature cheese with a fudgy texture and flavorful rind. Apricity is tangy and buttery with notes of yeast, tahini and fruit. Apricity is impossible to forget!

Add any Alemar cheese to your Wild Haven Farm CSA! Cheese orders are available for pickup in the first CSA delivery each month. Cheese orders MUST be placed by the last Friday of the month for delivery the next Wednesday.

Not a CSA member? Cheese orders can be picked up on the farm. Ordering deadlines are the same.
