Our Policy
At Wild Haven Farm, we want to make things right for you. If something went wrong with your order, please reach out and we will figure it out together.
Farm Products
Due to the perishable nature of farm products (eggs, meat, etc.), we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
CSA Subscriptions
Our egg CSA runs on a simple monthly subscription and can be canceled anytime. Deposits for seasonal CSA shares (e.g. broiler chickens) are non-refundable, as they fund the upfront costs of raising your food. If production falls short, we will work with you on credits for future shares.
Online Store Orders
For orders placed through our farm store at shop.sunrisewildhaven.com, please refer to the return and refund policy displayed at checkout.
