2. Purchases — Shopify Store

All product purchases are made through our online store at shop.sunrisewildhaven.com, powered by Shopify. Purchases are subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and our store's checkout policies. Wild Haven Farm LLC is the seller of record for all purchases.

3. Farm Tours

Farm tours are a paid experience and must be booked in advance. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the tour begins. By booking a tour, you acknowledge this requirement. Participants who decline to sign the waiver may not participate.

All visitors must comply with our safety and biosecurity protocols at all times during their visit. No dogs or other animals may be brought onto the property. Failure to follow safety or biosecurity rules may result in removal from the tour without refund.

4. CSA Subscriptions

Our CSA subscription terms — including cancellation policy and non-refundable deposit conditions — are described on our Refund & Returns page.

5. USDA Organic Certification

Wild Haven Farm LLC is certified organic by the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA). Our NOP certificate ID is 9950013284, covering Crops, Handling, and Livestock operations. Certification documentation is available upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, graphics, and logos — is the property of Wild Haven Farm LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site accurate and current. However, we make no warranties that the content is complete, accurate, or error-free. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
