FAQ
Learn a little more about Johnnie
Is Johnnie Registered?
Both of Johnnie’s parents are registered and her papers are pending.
Will Johnnie produce more kids?
Johnnie has been a good dam (mother) and produced two great kids in her first freshening (2024). We expect another freshening in 2025 with multiples. Please contact us to get on the wait list.
Is Johnnie available for adoption?
Johnnie is not available for adoption at this time.
Does Johnnie Faint?
Johnnie is at about a 2 on the Myotonia Stiffness Scale. She rarely faints and when she does she usually only stiffens.
If you are new to Myotonic/Fainting goats please keep in mind that they do not always just fall over as in the social media videos you may have seen. Stiffening is the most common characteristic and falling over can occur. We try to convey the scale rating for all of our goats so adopters have a realistic sense of how each goat will respond.
