Home-made marshmallows made-to-order from our fresh organic eggs in our gluten free kitchen. Marshmallows can be ordered separately or added to your weekly CSA.
Ever have homemade marshmallows? Neither had I, but now that I've had these I can't have the store bought kind. I call them MandiMallows (I think the name will stick).

Mandi makes these to order from our own fresh organic eggs in our gluten-free kitchen. The marshmallows are liberally coated in powdered sugar to keep them from sticking together.
Package: 1 package contains 12 squares (each approximately 2" x 2" x 1.5"). While we try to be consistent, these are hand-made products so size, shape, and weight can vary from batch to batch.
You can pick up home-made foods or cheese at the farm or add them to your CSA delivery!
- Alemar Cheese orders MUST be placed by the last Friday of the month for delivery the next Wednesday.
- Home-made food is made-to-oder and must be placed by the Sunday before the CSA drop. Feel free to oder further ahead and just leave a note as to what week you want it delivered.
- Not a CSA member? Cheese orders can be picked up on the farm. Ordering deadlines are the same.
